Developed the Coin Collection for State Bank Museum
- As per given theme of the Museum a coin collection has to be developed. Two coin galleries were planned, Pre Islamic coinage gallery and Islamic coinage gallery. the private collectors were contacted, as well as the interested donors. Keeping in mind the economic aspect as well as the theme of the Museum collection was purchased. More than 7,000 coins till to date are acquired dating from 600 BC till present. A chronological sequence has been developed, starting from punch mark, indo Greeks, Indo Scythians, Indo Parthians, Kushans, Kushano Sassanian, Hindu Shahis, Arab Governors of Sindh, Habbarids, sultanate period, Mughals, Durrani's, Sikhs, Princely states, British India, Pakistan.
- Civil and Army medals, Commemorative coins and medals British India, Pakistan, and mint coins.
- The coins are copper, silver and gold. It is one of the best and rare collection as not a single dynasty is missing chronologically.
- A whole story of journey of evolution of coins can be witnessed in the two galleries.
- Catalogue of Bactrian & Indus-Greek Coins in the Collection of State Bank Museum, published by State Bank of Pakistan
- Coins of Nadir Shah & Afghan Rulers in the State Bank & Lahore Museum, published by Museum & Art Gallery Department, State bank of Pakistan
- Catalogue of Mughal coins in the Collection of State Bank Museum, published by State Bank of Pakistan
As Incharge, Numismatic Section, National Museum of Pakistan
- Contributed to a catalogue titled "Indo-Greek Coins Collection in the Taxila Museum, Pakistan" that was initially compiled by Dr. Walton Dobbins, an American Numismatist; also did the editing of the original manuscript, expanding the work with addition of certain details (viz. size, depth, find-spot etc.).
- Compiled a catalogue on "Indo-Greek Coins in the National Museum of Pakistan, Karachi" and carried out a scientific analysis of coins which is a unique effort in Pakistan.
- Rearranged the Numismatic Section, classified and catalogued the coins in the collection of the museum.
